Oklahoma ADSAC Assessment & Referral
If you’ve been charged with a DUI or another alcohol-related offense in Oklahoma, an ADSAC (Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course) assessment is required for license reinstatement. We offer:
Certified Oklahoma ADSAC assessments for adults
Referrals to appropriate educational or treatment programs
Completion of necessary documentation for the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety (DPS)
Our goal is to make this process as smooth and supportive as possible, ensuring compliance with all state requirements.
DOT SAP Evaluation (Substance Abuse Professional)
For adults working in DOT-regulated industries who have failed a drug or alcohol test, we provide comprehensive DOT SAP evaluations to facilitate your return to duty.
Our SAP services include:
Initial evaluation and comprehensive assessment
Guidance on completing the return-to-duty process
Coordination with treatment or counseling programs, as needed
Follow-up testing and documentation to ensure DOT compliance
We work in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40 to make sure you meet all necessary regulations and can safely return to your work responsibilities.

ADSAC/DUI Assessment
$160 (offenses on or after November 1, 2008)
$175 (offenses prior to November 1, 2008)
The Oklahoma ADSAC assessment is an evaluation process required for individuals charged with alcohol or drug-related offenses, such as DUI. Conducted by a licensed professional, this assessment helps determine the extent of an individual's alcohol and drug use and its impact on their behavior and driving safety.
The assessment includes an interview, questionnaires, and a review of the person’s substance use history. Based on the evaluation, the individual may be referred to the Oklahoma ADSAC program, which involves educational courses and possibly counseling.
DOT SAP Evaluation
$400
A Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluation is an assessment process conducted by a qualified professional to determine the appropriate course of action for employees who have violated DOT (Department of Transportation) drug and alcohol regulations. The SAP evaluates the employee’s substance use history, patterns of behavior, and the impact of their substance use on their job performance and safety. This evaluation typically includes an in-depth interview, screening tools, and possibly drug or alcohol testing.
